Dr. Michael Fletcher has been a private practice physician for over 20 years. He has a BS in Biology with a minor in Theology from Oral Roberts University and an MD from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. After completing an Internship at The Florida Hospital in Orlando and a postgraduate Residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Miami's Jackson Memorial Hospital, he then finished a Fellowship in Pain Management at the University of Florida's Shands Hospital. He is American Board certified in Anesthesiology, Pain Management and Addiction Medicine.
He is the Founder of iCAN, Integrated Chemical Addiction Network, where he practices in Northern Kentucky. Lt. Colonel Fletcher serves in the United States Air Force as a Flight Surgeon in the 123rd Airlift Wing of the KY Air National Guard and is also a member of the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure. Additionally, he holds ministry credentials with the Assemblies of God and serves on the Boards for Teen Challenge Kentucky, CompassionLink and Oral Roberts University.
He has been married since 1993 to his beautiful wife, Deborah, who is an elementary school teacher and a graduate of Liberty University. They are blessed with five awesome children and one son-in-law. They live in Independence, KY where they are active members with leadership positions at the Community Family Church.
